For all other returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of the Items

Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. They should be unused and in perfect condition, as they were when you received them.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note that we do not refund postage or shipping costs, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Special Order Products

Custom-made, specially ordered, or altered items (e.g., cut to specification or drilled) can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty. These items are non-returnable under any other circumstances.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping costs will be at your expense. Postage costs are non-refundable in these cases.
